Gas support is actually a layman's word, our industry is used to call the support rod, gas spring, and the gas support is only by its own function and structure is commonly known by other industry people, the use of support rod from the current point of view, very extensive, from the automobile and motorcycle industry, machinery industry, electronics industry to transportation, fitness, medical equipment, everywhere. And many factory staff do not know much about his installation method, an advantage of the gas spring is that the installation is simple,

1. The gas spring piston rod must be installed downward, not upside down, which can reduce friction and ensure the best damping quality and buffering performance.

2. The decision of the fulcrum installation position is to ensure that the gas spring can work correctly. The gas spring must be installed in the correct way, that is, when it is closed, let it move over the center line of the structure, otherwise, the gas spring will often automatically push the door open.

3. The gas spring should not be subjected to inclined force or lateral force in the work. Must not be used as a handrail.

4. In order to ensure the reliability of the seal, the surface of the piston rod shall not be damaged, and it is strictly prohibited to paint and chemical substances on the piston rod. It is also not allowed to install the gas spring in the desired position before spraying and painting.

5. The gas spring is a high-pressure product, and it is strictly prohibited to analyze, bake and smash at will.

6. The gas spring piston rod is strictly prohibited from rotating to the left. If you need to adjust the direction of the joint, turn it to the right only.

7. Ambient temperature: -35℃-+70℃. (Specific manufacturing 80℃)

8. The installation of the connection point should be flexible, and there should be no blockage.

9. The selection size should be reasonable, the size of the force should be appropriate, and the piston rod stroke size should leave a margin of 8 mm.
